We went here to compare new Rav4 with new CRV. We had already seen the CRV and were very close to getting it, but wanted to check all our options. We knew from ratings this vehicle was the closest compet already seen the CRV and were very close to getting it, but wanted to check all our options. Al from Ardmore Toyota was very helpful and knowledgable with describing the differences between the two, pointing out specific things to look for while test driving and never putting down the competitor but more emphasizing places where his vehicle exceeded... and did not. Unfortunately, there were not a lot in stock of the type and package we'd be targeting. However, he asked if pre-owned would be something we'd consider and then showed us a newly returned model from 2 years prior. It was in excellent shape and loaded with features we were not even considering on a new model (ie. sun roof). He showed us this previously leased car's record and talked about things you should look for on pre-owned cars. It seemed to be a good deal on the surface. We said we'd strongly consider and return the next morning if interested. After doing some more research on our own it really seemed like a good deal. Al followed up the next day, not pressuring though. When we returned again we never felt pressured and although I considered myself prepared and knowledgable he would bring up things I did not even think to consider. Overall, it was the best car purchasing experience I have had thus far. We thought the deal was good and Al in particular was excellent. We will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking. More

Over the past 17 years, I have purchased about 15 vehicles from the Max Paul Family of dealerships, primarily Ardmore and Center City Toyota. I have continued to return because of the dealership's wi vehicles from the Max Paul Family of dealerships, primarily Ardmore and Center City Toyota. I have continued to return because of the dealership's willingness to give me what I want rather than what is "available". This time, I was buying a car for my wife. In order to meet her needs, the sales manager called up and down the east coast, found a model that fit her needs, engineered a dealer trade and drove several hundred miles to pick up the car and bring it back. At least four people worked on bringing the deal to fruition. I have dealt with other car dealers over the past 45 years prior to going to the Paul Family dealerships. None were ever so accommodating. Moreover, their response to our needs was the same the first time that I acquired a car from them. My repeat business wasn't the reason for "extra" attention. More
