My wife groaned when I told her I thought we ought to by a new car. Not that again she said! After a number of arduous purchases over the years I can say that this new car purchase from Ardmore Toyota was much different than a number of prior auto purchases and by far the smoothest that we have ever experienced. We negotiated our purchase over the internet dealing with Jason Discolo. Compared to other firms that I was also negotiating with, Jason was much more responsive. There was no double talk no back and forth with the sales manager and no surprises. When we went to the dealership to execute the purchase Bobby Tahmas, our Product Specialist was simply a pleasure to deal with. Respectful,courteous and thorough we left with no axiety, unanswered questions or surprises. This company not only wants to sell cars but they also want you to be satsifed with your purchase. When I had a question about delivery pricing, it was handled very well, and they allowed me to buy a car that had just come in rather than the one I had ordered. Overall I appreciated their flexibility, the way the staff backs each other up, and Greg making every effort to explain any questions about the car or the deal. Based on the "customer is always right" attitude and courtesy displayed, I am confident that our service relationship with the dealer in the future will be a good one.
