Qasim was a good agent. He really helped me a lot. I said this because there was no other unit of that color. Plus, it had 140 miles on it already. I was surprised. He said that was normal. I believed him but, something inside of me was saying I should've gotten a different one. I should've picked one of the units that are still upstairs in the storage area. But overall I was happy with their service. Q did a good job. Maybe not the greatest. Or was it just me being on the suspicious side, like any normal buyer would be. We were buying our first used car. Our Odyssey was totalled in an accident so we weren't in the best mood. Richard had the task of telling us this and he was very apologetic and got us to look at others on the lot even though they were a higher price. On the test drive he was very easy going but was giving us all the info about the van. We asked him why we should buy a Sienna over the Odyssey and he gave some very good points for us to think about. We did like the van but the price was over our budget. Richard was very patient, was not pushy when we were thinking about it. When he saw we were close but not ready, he worked with us and got a very fair compromise price, which we took. He was very pleasant, very informative and was proud of the Toyota cars. When we picked the van up the next night, he took us over to the service area to show how nice it was. As he said, all the extras that were there for the customer really showed how much Toyota cares about the buyers even after the fact. The service waiting area really was impressive at Ardmore Toyota. I hope Richard has a long career with Toyota. We would definitely go back to him when we look for another car. More

I arrived unexpected with a noise in the front of the car near the wheel. Don said it would be about 20 before he could get someone to take a ride with me and see what was going on.
