I've learned my lesson now. Don't buy from a dealer just because they are cheaper than another dealer. Toyota's are great cars but before buying one see my review below with Ardmore Toyota. I recommend the Devon dealer instead if you are looking to buy a Toyota. I almost bought from them but there price was $200 more but they were very friendly and helpful. Not the case with Ardmore. They were very unfriendly sales reps and might I add lazy. The Devon dealer really did all the work for them. The dealer at Devon was very informative this was not the case with Ardmore Toyota. I wish I saw this other negative review on Ardmore before I bought my new car. They did give me the price I wanted in order to beat Devon's price, no complaints there but after I drove the car for a day I realized I had some leg room issues. I have a torn minicus in my left knee and I need plenty of leg room so that knee doesn't get swallon. I realized after I bought my Corolla just the next day taht it wasn't going to work with the leg room. The dealer at Ardmore promised me they would trade it for something that would work for me and I would not have to pay anymore. They told me they could trade my new Corolla for a used 2007 Camery with 20,000 miles and that i would not have to pay a cent more. This was not the case. When I got there they said the price was $3,500 more. I said just forget it! One employee made this promise to me but when I showed up he had stood me up and had told the guys in his department I was coming. This is how they were able to back out of the deal. These guys were very unsympathic to my situation and just wanted to make a more money on me on the second deal in a matter of 2 days which I felt they were trying to take advantage of my health problem. I'm trying to get used to the bad leg room in the Corolla instead but I may have to put the Corolla up 4 sale even though it would be a good car otherwise. More

I was impressed An Excellent purchasing experience. My first visit to Ardmore Toyota was in June. A client of mine purchased a new Camry Hybrid. I was impressed by the low pressure approach and the positive attitude demonstrated by A. J. Bell. When I visited this month to purchase a new Camry for myself, I was pleased. A J and I were working toward a common goal: he wanted to sell and I wanted to buy --- we weren't adversaries. It was a "win-win" negotiation process. The result was that I purchased a new 2008 Camry LE with aftermarket leather and heated seats. The aftermarket leather was in my choice of color and was softer than factory leather. The car arrived earlier than I expected and had a couple of unexpected extras at no cost to me. It is a fabulous car. I switched from a Lexus ES to a Camry because a Camry has many Lexus ES type features at a substantially lower price. I also wanted the greater fuel efficiency that Camry delivers. I am a Certified Financial Planner and have recommmended Ardmore Toyota and A J Bell to several clients interested in purchasing a new Toyota. More
I was at this dealer to shop for a new toyota Camry 2007. i had specific choice for color and interior. He said he can get the same color I want and the same interior i want and he matched the price with my i had specific choice for color and interior. So we made a deal and then i said a "No" to all the dealers who called me hence forth. Also ardmore promsied to give me this new car without any miles (10 miles is acceptable) and within a week's time. And then after making the deal with him that night, they never called us. So we called them like any times, no proper answers on when the car is going to come to the dealership. Finally after a week, the dealer says the interior color of the car is different then what we promised. I was like but you said u will give me the desired interior. They are like no, we are sorry we cannot now. Also if this specific color and interior you need to wait for another 2 more weeks. Or i can get you a car with Miles. So we were so upset and then we had to go back and contact all other dealers, who were calling us again and again and giving us a good price. Now they all went up by Price. Hence it was a horrible experience buying a car from Ardmore. And i wont recommend anybody to go there. More
Very positive experience. As a woman you often hear horror stories of how car salesmen will take advantage. Adam Edwards went out of his way to make sure I had all the information necessary to make a comfortable and sound purchase decision. I actually cancelled my existing order at Conicelli Toyota and decided to go with Ardmore because of the level of respect, professionalism, and patience from Adam Edwards. Upon arrival I was introduced to James Johnson fpr product demonstration, and everything went smooth without any problems or suprises. I got a great deal, and a great presentation. These guys really do have a lot of cars too. I didn't think so at first, but they had like 100 cars upstairs on the third floor of the building, so I didn't have to go outside in the cold rain to see the car I liked. Overall I can't stop saying great things about my experience. Thanks so much Adam, you have changed my perception of car salesman forever. More
This dealer is actually not too bad. They are VERY FRIENDLY (thanks Mary and Lisa.) However, I don't appreciate them lying to me about availability of the car. I wanted a certain car and Mary told m FRIENDLY (thanks Mary and Lisa.) However, I don't appreciate them lying to me about availability of the car. I wanted a certain car and Mary told me they have it, but upon arrival they don't and they try to ask me to put down a deposit to order one. So they only get a 3 for everything else. Other than that they are very friendly and you should give them a try. More
