Purchase of Buick SUV We were looking on craigslist for another SUV and found the vehicle we needed. I contacted Arizona Best Cars and was surprised how quickly they respo We were looking on craigslist for another SUV and found the vehicle we needed. I contacted Arizona Best Cars and was surprised how quickly they responded back to me. Upon arrival at the car lot, I met Albert and he introduced me to someone who had the time to answer all my questions and show me the Buick Rendezvous I was interested in. After the test drive, we discussed some of the minor issues and Albert told me that they would take care of all the items and would write in into the contract. Albert looked at the tires and ask if he could take the car down to the tire dealership and replaced all four tires at no cost to me. They far exceeded my expectations from the first contact until we drove off the lot. Albert called me a few days later to advise the parts were in and upon arrive back to their service department, the car was taken in for the replacement parts. I emailed the owner (Borukh) and mentioned I had no spare tire. The response back was bring the car in and we will provide the spare. I stopped by and they provided a like new spare. I have purchased many new and used tires over the past45 plus years, and have never felt as comfortable as I have while doing business with Alaska Best Cars. I have been sharing my experience with others and they have been amazed how this family owned business treats their customers. Your not just a number or the next sale, you become one of their friends as they help you through the process of purchasing a vehicle. I never give our 5 star ratings, but this is the exception to the rule. More
