"Typical Used Cars Sales- All they want is $$$$$$$$$$"

This dealership is typical of used car sales, high pressure, untrustworthy and just want the money.-There is no follow-up after sale if there are problems. I attempted for a month to talk to someone and then the person didn’t believe me and said it was his sales staff’s issue. BLUF-do your due diligence before and walk away if deal is not exactly what you want. They do NOT negotiate from the internet advertised price. Don't be pressured by all the rhetoric from all the sales staff, like comparing value on other sites. If think you need an extended warranty, check other sites for better deals. If you are buying used, get their so called pre-delivery workup and verify the work was done. I didn't and had to buy a new battery the day after purchase and a set of 4 tires after purchase. The tire issue was my fault for not seeing and bringing to their attention prior to sale. The tires were wore to the wear bar and I didn't notice until after the sale. I did purchase the warranty and now I have to pay the deductible for items I brought to their attention, that they said they would fix.

"EXTREMEDY RUDE STAFF"

"CON ARTIST SERVICE CENTER"

Hatch Brothers took 2 weeks to even get an estimate submitted to my insurance. It was apparently WAY too much of a hassle to take pictures for the estimate. FINALLY after the forms were complete and parts came in, they charged me almost $200 for a battery I did not authorize. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS.

"Never call for service in an emergency"

While towing our travel trailer through Arizona, our 2013 RAM 2500 diesel had a problem and we were stranded on the side of I-10. Chrysler road service arranged a tow and asked that we call and alert the nearest dealer. We called the Hatch Brothers dealership and were told by the service department that we could not be seen for two to three weeks even after we explained we were stranded. The vehicle had to be taken an extra 65 miles to a dealer in Tucson, AZ. for service the next day. We tried to report the poor response to our emergency to management of the dealership with no success because they don't return calls either.
