I am puzzled as to why I had to ask if the 10% discount was applied when it was time to pay my bill. I received more than one text before I brought my car in, telling me that there would be a 10% discount was applied when it was time to pay my bill. I received more than one text before I brought my car in, telling me that there would be a 10% discount if I brought my car in on a Thursday during the entire month of November. I did not see anything saying that I had to tell someone that I expected that discount to be applied. My total bill was $629.23 and if I hadn't asked if the discount was applied, when I went to pay my bill, then I would have paid $62.43 more. Considering how long we have been with your dealership and that our family (my daughter, Arabella and I) have purchased four cars from you, I am a little disappointed. I now feel a little distrustful. More

The sales person tried to add $600 expense during the financing process. Seemed super shady and made me very uncomfortable such that I don't trust the sales force at this location.
