I took my car in for an oil change and to check the brakes. I arrived at 9 like requested and heard NOTHING from Alisa for 5 hours when I finally tracked her down I agreed to get the brakes done. At 5 brakes. I arrived at 9 like requested and heard NOTHING from Alisa for 5 hours when I finally tracked her down I agreed to get the brakes done. At 5 she told me it was done so I paid and for over an hour Alisa told me they were road testing it. For over an hour I waited when I tracked her down she said they heard a noise and took it on a second road trip. After 6 a mechanic brought it back and I talked to him. They just finished. There was no noise there was not 2 road tests then he left my keys on Alisas desk and walked away. She was gone and anyone could have grabbed my keys so I grabbed them and left. More

In all the service visits I had this was the first time I felt like an important customer. Randy made me feel like I was an important person and treated me that way, in contrast to others who treated me like felt like an important customer.
