Your service manager told us we needed a new transmission control module and quoted us a price over $2000. We paid you $184 to have your “technicians” simply hook my car up to a diagnostics machine. They did a simple reset before giving the car back. We then took the car to a transmission shop. The shop spent an entire day and found nothing wrong with the car. The car has run fine except for the dash lights. In fact, your first contact at the service center stated the 106 degree heat of the day had resulted in 4 vehicles already suffering the same problem and probably the car needed a simple reset before giving. Your diagnostic machine simply told you what my dashboard was telling you. Your shop never really reset the vehicle and checked it out properly. You simply wanted to sell me an overpriced part. In short, we are now back to not trusting you. We had that problem a few years ago, but you regained our trust and you worked hard. However, the group that’s in there right now. We just don’t trust. Unless it is a dire emergency and I have no other choice, I doubt I will ever come back there again. More

I usually have great service but this time around I came in with a low tire pressure light on and knew that there was a nail in my tire so I’ve been filling air every 3 months or so. Before I could tell them to go ahead with everything, I received a message that my car was ready along with the bill. When I picked up my car, the tire pressure light was still on and they didn’t even bother to fill it so I did on my way home. Now, I have to schedule another visit somewhere and take another day out of my schedule to get my tires replaced, etc. More

On March 15,2025 We came in to Arlington Toyota wanted to talk to a representative regarding a few questions we had of a car that we bought at Arlington Toyota. Two Guys that work there were able to help us talk to a representative regarding a few questions we had of a car that we bought at Arlington Toyota. Fatjon and Ardi were amazing of helping us out, with great personality very kind a patient showing us the cars we wanted to see and answering to all our questions. I took my car in for an oil change and to check the brakes. I arrived at 9 like requested and heard NOTHING from Alisa for 5 hours when I finally tracked her down I agreed to get the brakes done. At 5 she told me it was done so I paid and for over an hour Alisa told me they were road testing it. For over an hour I waited when I tracked her down she said they heard a noise and took it on a second road trip. After 6 a mechanic brought it back and I talked to him. They just finished. There was no noise there was not 2 road tests then he left my keys on Alisas desk and walked away. She was gone and anyone could have grabbed my keys so I grabbed them and left. More
