My husband and I went to Armory just to look at some new cars with no intent on buying. We were at a few other dealerships prior to this one where the people were extremely rude and didn't want to help us b cars with no intent on buying. When we came to Armory, Anthony greeted us with such a friendly attitude. He sat us down and actually listened to what we wanted for our next car. He took the time to answer any of our questions we had with no hesitation or attitude. He made the experience great, and usually buying a car isn't that great of an experience. He pulled up and showed us a new jeep and explained all the bells and whistles. He took a look at our trade and told us everything and anything we needed to know about the trading process. When we went back to his desk to talk numbers, the deal seemed to good to be true and we ended up buying the car right then and there. Anthony was so polite and positive the whole time that it made us want to buy the car. He wasn't pushy at all and had such a great attitude. I already recommended him to my friends and family who are in the market for a new car. I will definitely be going back to see him for now on! More

We went into the dealership to get information about leasing a vehicle, thinking we would make a decision in two or three months. June 20. 2013 , I just drove away with my " second 'Jeep Patriot " , in as many years ...... all because of the personality - ease of transaction - and knowledge of the business - that Mr Bob Siitcer pocesses, and displays . Walking in after a year , he still remembered me , what I drove , even what I traded in . Being an older gentleman [ 64 ] this is the kind of service , and courtisy I had always been used to all my life . That's something that has suffered greatly in our society , but your "Bob Sitcer " , still portrays those qualities of being a honest - trusting - and very proffessioal salesman . He's become a friend that I trust ! Buying a vehicle with Bob is a " simple procedure " ....he guides you through it so easily ..... and all the time , making you feel as if you're the most important person in the building . I don't believe I can recall any one as cordial , and polite as Bob , he's a pleasure to work with !
