This is important to me since I wanted to use the old fashioned negotiation process to get the best deal, rather than the "no negotiating" dealer set bottom line pricing so popular at many dealerships now-a-days. Both sales representatives were knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful, and let me run the show. When I first arrived, I was not sure which make and model that I wanted to buy, and was looking at vehicles at several dealerships. Adrian asked me only basic questions to determine my interests, then showed me several models. He did not "pump" me for personal details. He printed out I the specific vehicle info pages for the trucks that I was interested in and gave me his card. He was very helpful and polite. At a followup visit, Ray sat down with my son-in-law and I during the negotiation process. Again, he was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Jessie wasn't pushy like other dealerships or other salesmen, he was more about our needs not just the wants. Jessie, had went far and beyond the line of duty to get us our need and some of our wants. My fiance and I bought a 2007 Satran Vue and it is wonderful. I want to thank him and the Armstorng Ford of Homestead family for being the best dealership out there. Alot more dealerships need to patteren themselves after you all.
