I must say that Eric is absolutely wonderful! He spent more than an hour with me in my new Traverse, showing me all the new features, making sure that I understood how to operate the very complicated dashboard screen. Before I left the dealership, Eric told me that I could call him with any questions. It just seems that the guys at Arnold are willing to go "above and beyond" to make their customers feel valuable. Break lights were out. I replaced bulbs and still were out. I explained that I was positive it was just worn out fuse. Had you pay $200 for the diagnostic check.
