The credit card charge for service work is only 3% (which is the industry standard). There are signs at the cashier window that tells all of our customers that this is what is being charged. We are sorry for your confusion.

Nonsense. You are unconscionable thieves with no moral scruples or care for how much you overcharge your customers. After your mechanic lied, and said I needed 4 new air tire sensors, and said it would be $978.00. I refused. I went to Cool Tech. They informed me that only 2 sensors were bad. Charged me $200 to fix. The car has worked great since then, as are all 4 sensors. You are a disgusting dealership. Get lost!!!!!!

In addition. To any customer charged this illegal credit card surcharge, simply call your credit card company and dispute the surcharge. They reverse the illegal charge immediately. And surprise, surprise, Arnold Chevrolet does not attempt to dispute the surcharge reversal. They know they cannot.

In order for the credit card surcharge to be legally charged, the business must show the cash cost and the credit card cost for each and every possible charge and service offered. This must be displayed. Just as gas stations do. For each type of gas sold, they display the cost per gallon for cash as well as credit. Arnold reply's on their customers being ignorant of the law. Shameful.
