Unexpectedly poor experience. Brought my Trax in for a check engine light. Get a call that the turbo charger needed replacing but it was warrantied. Great! Told they would need to keep the car until after the long holiday weekend. Fine. Then get told that at 4pm when my wife called that the car wouldn’t be ready until at least the next day “because there were a lot of cars ahead of me.” Shouldn’t’t you know that when quoting me a timeline? So I had to scramble for another day trying to get to work because the vehicle wasn’t ready. Finally pick up the car and something is dragging under the car. Had to bring it back to the dealership next day to have that repaired and miss more time off from work. Poorest service I have ever had and no thought of trying to do anything to make it right. More
