My Wife's lease was ending on her 2019 Chevy Trax LT, we were in the market for a new Chevy Equinox. Based on positive reviews, we chose to visit Arnold Chevrolet Buick in West Babylon. Upon arrival we wer were in the market for a new Chevy Equinox. Based on positive reviews, we chose to visit Arnold Chevrolet Buick in West Babylon. Upon arrival we were greeted by John Locascio, a sales consultant. Mr. Locascio was very polite and informed us he was a long time employee of GM. John was very understanding of our budget. The lease was significantly cheaper then another local Chevy dealer. There were no hidden fees, no deceiving sales tactics, no bait & switch. We returned our 2019 Chevy Trax LT (end of lease) to this dealership as well. The process was flawless. The price we agreed upon was the price paid. John handled obtaining new insurance binder & cards. When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle a few hours later, we met with Dave Lee, Business Director, who was very polite. After signing lease agreement, John went over all the features of our new vehicle, including OnStar. John Locascio was very professional and knowledgeable. As a long time Chevy customer I am very satisfied with Arnold Chevrolet Buick. I highly recommend this dealership and John Locascio, Sales Consultant. More
Actually just went to Arnold to see what the new Chevy Trail Blazer looked like. The Trail Blazer didn't work for me but Joe Fraumeni, my salesman, had me look at the Buick Encore GX. Last thing I expec Trail Blazer looked like. The Trail Blazer didn't work for me but Joe Fraumeni, my salesman, had me look at the Buick Encore GX. Last thing I expected was to drive home a new Buick that day. But between the efforts of Joe & Bill, a fair deal was struck and I was on my way a few hours later with my new Encore. Really nice vehicle, good pickup and exceptional handling, and very comfortable. More
What a fiasco and a bit of a scam is what is happening at Arnold Buick Chevrolet. Our salesman, Peter, was very good, he was informative and very on top of the entire car buying process for our daughter. H Arnold Buick Chevrolet. Our salesman, Peter, was very good, he was informative and very on top of the entire car buying process for our daughter. HOWEVER, when you leave your salesman to go sit with the finance manager, DAVE, buyer beware. He will get you talking about all kinds of nonsensical things- a great tactic to get your thoughts of this huge purchase in front of you. He then starts up this very intriguing screen on the front of his desk - all very state of the art and again distracting. The problems start when he brings up all of the wonderful advantages that are on offer - dent - no problem -completely replaced, scratch-no problem, like new. They do it all! So we are thinking wow this sounds fantastic. He pulls up on his magic screen - 3 different payment options for you to decide on. All varying of course in price - he is pushing us for the very top dollar option, and we are looking at the very lowest dollar option. He leads us to believe that these are the only 3 options we have, so of course, we pick deal #3, the lowest price payment. He then frowns, and I am thinking, what did we just do, did we make the wrong choice, can we go back. Honestly, it was all very overwhelming. All this while, we can't help but keep thinking that this monthly payment is way higher than we had originally thought, but they have you, so you go with it. That was on us- total blame on us as we fell for it hook, line and sinker. NEVER once did this man, Dave, say we could decline these options and get a lower payment, which was what we kept asking him for. We left his office feeling a bit bewildered. I started doing some calculations on my phone, while we were waiting to finish up everything. At no time at all were we handed any hard paper copies of the paperwork. These were mysteriously placed in the driver manual handbook....hmmmm sounds a bit fishy. We did not realize they were there until we got home. Upon inspection of these documents, we discovered that the option we choice, the big bargain option #3, was in fact an extended service warranty option. NOT NEEDED AT ALL. I called Dave immediately, and asked him to explain. He told me that this is the warranty, still trying to make me believe that this is the Chevy warranty, not his dealer extended warranty package. I told him we were not interested in any extended warranty. He point blank told me that he has never in all of his years ever sold a car without an extended warranty and that we were making a huge mistake. I could care less about his stats, we wanted to be treated fairly and we weren't. This is dishonest - plain and simple. He made us come immediately back in to the office to change the contract, he told us we had 2 hours to get there. When we arrived, he was busy scamming someone else, so we had to wait. Finally getting back in to see him, he did not acknowledge us, he told my daughter to sign the big magic screen again and her payment went down by $60 a month. That's more like it! The crazy ending to this ridiculous experience, was when we asked about getting the new paperwork, he starting hitting his copy machine and looking in the paper drawer and then proceeded to tell us his copy machine just died on him. I mean, you have got be kidding me, it was actually comical, we then had to wait another 15 minutes to get our paperwork. It is sad actually, because we live pretty far out on the island and when we saw this car located at Arnold Buick, I thought, wow my Dad bought all of his Buicks there his whole life, must be a good sign. Think again my friend, think again. More

It's always a pleasure to do business at Arnold. My recent lease of a Blazer RS was no different. From John Locascio in sales, David Lee in finance, Al Dobbs in pre-owned and Bill Tuchler, the general recent lease of a Blazer RS was no different. From John Locascio in sales, David Lee in finance, Al Dobbs in pre-owned and Bill Tuchler, the general manager, I feel like I'm treated like family. I'll certainly be back for future purchases and recommend them very highly. I wouldn't bother walking into any other Chevrolet dealer on Long Island. More

Purchased a Buick Encore on March of 2020. Never received the title. Upon contacting Henry was hung up on. Besides never receiving the title they never listed a lien holder. Basically was told to handle it m the title. Upon contacting Henry was hung up on. Besides never receiving the title they never listed a lien holder. Basically was told to handle it myself! Horrible customer service. My Buick Regal was purchased at King O'rourke and they are a truly professional dealership. Do yourself a favor and drive to Smithtown and deal with a A class dealership! Arnold has shown me why their a D rated dealership! The product is one small part of the sale more important is the way they take care of their customers! More
Not even servicing any Corvettes. Even though they sell corvette they don't have a Corvette tech to service them. Their online service request is also a joke.
