My 15 Silverado had brokedown on Sunday and was towed into shop from Chevy Roadside. Promptly on Monday morning I received a call from Chris Hill, the service advisor, letting me know that he had my truck and they would diagnose the issue that very same day. I was shocked to hear that knowing most service departments I've delt with in past wouldn't have looked at it for days. That very same day received call with diagnosis that it was my fusebox and they would have me back on road by end of week, which they did. The level of communication as well as quality of service done, was like I said above Amazing. Great job to the entire team and Thankyou. Highly recommend this dealership!!! More

The service department has been very good in scheduling a convenient time and providing a ride to work/home and the car was ready before promised and the cost was a very pleasant surprise. I searched for tires all over and discovered that Arnold was not only competitive but was best quality for price ration without the 'hidden costs' that others had. My next vehicle will e from them when it is time. More

Rude Service Manager I had purchased 4 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet over the years. I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport from A corvette specialist in NJ bec I had purchased 4 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet over the years. I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport from A corvette specialist in NJ because they had the exact car I wanted. Since it was purchased in NJ I could not get a NYS inspection. I brought my corvette to Arnold Chevrolet to get the $10 inspection sticker. They told me that since I didn't purchase it from them they will not touch it. I also had a 2015 Chevy Silverado that needed an inspection, tuneup, and oil change. They booked me an appointment for Feb 7, 2017 at 9:00 am. On February 2,, 2017 the called me and told me they are cancelling my appointment because they did not like my yelp review regarding my corvette. I called them back and spoke to Mark to clarify the reason for my cancelled appointment. He was very rude and basically told me to bad! I work and live locally and will be sure to share my horrible customer service experience with them. As a business owner if I had a bad review, I would go out of my way to see what I could do to please my client. More

They have not played any of the games that I have found other dealerships play. The service department has been extremely good and has taken me in when I needed something quickly before going away. I have had trouble free ownership with all the vehicles purchased and have driven them for many (100,000+) pleasurable miles without event. Highly recommend them. More
Useless degrading service dept....service manager is extreme Purchased a used car with an extended warranty, brought vehicle back 3 times while still under dealer warranty they wanted nothing to do me. Continued to brush me off even after I had car checked by 2 other separate mechanics. My son continued to have the same issues in PA, took the car to a jeep dealer who contacted the extended warranty who covered the work, of course I had to lay out money for certain parts that were not covered at full price but would have been covered under the dealer warranty....no wonder they didn't want to fix anything. The only care about selling the car and getting your money, once you walk out that door you don't matter to them anymore. Fighting them know to get back my money that I had to lay out for repairs. More

It took 10 emails and phone calls just to get the MSRP Invoice for my bank! When the original sales rep called after I bought the car and I told her of the poor service, she couldn't get off the phone fast enough. And nothing further happened. I got a congratulatory email on the car. I responded of my disappointment over the whole process. Again, nothing happened. I spent $40,000. Doesn't that warrant even a modicum of good service? Maybe it was my fault. Maybe I should have simply cancelled the sale and gone someplace else. Love the car but buy at another dealeship! More

Had to educate him several times about several options and their pricing as seen on the Chevy website. Wanted to trade my current vehicle and he and the manger falsified the history report on my vehicle and tried to convince me that it was totally devalued because of an accident they wanted me to believe occurred with it. Produced a copy of a car history report that did not even match my actual vehicle which was a total scam. These are very dishonest people that will lie and go to any extreme to make a few more dollars for themselves. It's actually very sad because I purchased a Chevy from them a few years ago. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ARNOLD CHEBROLET! More

I had lots of questions because it's the first time I've bought a car for myself in over 30 years. He was patient and friendly even after the sale he answered my follow-up questions. When the car arrived they installed all of the dealer installed options perfectly and had the car prepped, spotless and ready when I got there. The dealership is friendly and helpful with convenient hours. The experience reminded me of buying cars when dealers cared about the customers. It's not one of those high volume anonymous buyer dealerships. I've recommended it to several people at work and recommend it to you as well. Though this review is about sales I can tell you that service is just as good as well. I took my classic Camaro there for some serious work and they did a great job. More
