Their service is a joke and they don’t honor your extended warranty agreement that includes a rental. They refused to give me a rental even though I had two warranties that covered rental, one being extended warranty agreement that includes a rental. They refused to give me a rental even though I had two warranties that covered rental, one being the CPO warranty and the other being the extended warranty I purchased through Dodge that includes rental on vehicle drop off. I know that regular customers have to wait for a rental cause they don’t have anything that covers it so in order to get one the dealer pays for one a certain amount of days, but I was covered through both warranties for a rental. My car sat there for a few days with nothing being done about the problem and I had lost time at work cause I had to drive my family around in my company car. I finally got fed up and just took my vehicle back. I ended up trading in my Durango R/T at another dealership. I love Dodge as a brand but Arrigo, both sawgrass and margate, suck when it comes down to service. After I left my review the service advisor texted me that my car is my problem not his, and he was upset I affected his paycheck. He didn’t even care that I lost three days of work, obviously he doesn’t care about my paycheck. More
