Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM West Palm Beach - Service Center

Brought in my car with electrical issue a d they run diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an issue. They never mentioned the battery was an issue before during the $200 diagnostic but after I already paid for the cluster they now say I need to pay an extra $300 for a new battery. I’ve called and texted the service advisor Alex who was helping and so far haven’t heard back about any sort of resolution and now I’m stuck with my car having the same issues as I had when I came in but I’m out over $2000 and no resolution. Terrible communication skills. Did not return or call me back when I had concerns about my vehicle. Had to physically drive back to the service center to get updates.
