I received an email to get an oil change. It stated to bring vehicle in between 3pm-6pm for their happy hour pricing. I arrived at 5pm and was first told that it couldn’t be done, cause there was no technicians still there. However they advertise service dept is open til 7pm. Luckily for me the service manager over heard the conversation and intervened and said that they could take care of my vehicle right away. So the service was performed.
