The service center failed to fix issue, they gave me the car back worse than before I dropped it off. The part they replaced was damaged and started causing other issues but they told me it was done and fix car back worse than before I dropped it off. Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Operator said I needed an update but just go to the Express service bay. There is no open express service bay @ the dealership. 5+ hours for a softw Operator said I needed an update but just go to the Express service bay. No return calls, no return texts when I checked twice on the status of the service. My car lost preset settings. I was promised 2 Uber rides. 1 to bring me home and 1 to pick up the car after service. Second one didn't show. Couldn't find a ride on short notice so cost me $24 to pick up my car.
