This awful service department held my vehicle for 4 months and did not fix the problem. They performed some minor work and returned it to me still having issues. Because it was being covered by Ram, I months and did not fix the problem. They performed some minor work and returned it to me still having issues. Because it was being covered by Ram, I was forced to bring it back here if I wanted them to cover the cost. First, I spoke to the service manager and a new service tech. Both assured me they would take care of me. This time they held it for 3 weeks and didn't even assess the problem. After 3 weeks, they said they were down a few mechanics and did not know when they would be able to get to it. Finally, Ram allowed me to take it to another better, decent place that will actually look at it and fix it. Do not take your vehicle to Arrigo!!! More

Vehicle was dropped off on 12/19/23for fueling issues, multiple gas station pumps kept kicking off. Likely an evap issue.
