You guys hit the mark again, Great Service! ! I made an appointment to fix a recall, have my oil changed, and also rotate my tires. Arrived early for my 10:00 appointment. Met my Service Manager ! I made an appointment to fix a recall, have my oil changed, and also rotate my tires. Arrived early for my 10:00 appointment. Met my Service Manager, Richard and we discussed my needs, but he was already aware of the appointment and what needed to be done. Like usual he went over everything they were going to do. He was versed on the situation, I liked that. He showed me where I could relax while waiting, have coffee, snacks, and where the restrooms were. He was very professional and answered all my questions. After about an hour and a half, he came to let me know my vehicle was ready. He explained everything that was done and provided me with the shop printout. My experience for this visit from making the appointment by phone, to the visit with the sales center up front, to the Service Department was very nice. I don't mind driving as far as I do to get to Arrigo in Ft. Pierce because I'm never disappointed. It's a pleasure doing business with these Professionals. Thank You All. More

After going without a vehicle for 10 days, due to there being no loaner vehicles available while our vehicle was being worked on, we received our vehicle back and the problem was still not fixed. After bei being no loaner vehicles available while our vehicle was being worked on, we received our vehicle back and the problem was still not fixed. After being assured that the AC was working properly another mechanic shop informed us that the Jeep replaced the wrong parts and did not fix the issue. When I contacted Jeep about this issue, I received no response. I will not be using the Jeep service department in Fort Pierce ever again and will warn others not to use them as well. More
