Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT Ft. Pierce - Service Center

I go to Arrigo in fort pierce to get tires and front breaks ! I have a 9 am appointment they offer me a ride home and I say it’s just tires and front breaks I can wait and my advisor says ok . 5 hrs go breaks ! Finally I start going up to see what’s going on ! My advisor knows nothing and will find out and get back to me . So I wait more ! Finally 3 o’clock I say I need my truck what’s going on ! Now my truck is wash bay as I am appreciative but not happy after all day! So I go to where there washing my truck which is a dually and I look at the tech puts my rims on all out of order and has inside rims with rust facing out ! Now I have to wait longer for them to straight that out, another hour goes and I say what is going on ! Then my truck comes out at 4 the manager can’t get my rims right either! Total disappointment!!!!! So I leave upset with my rims and say I’ll fix them my self ! Get down road then my brakes go to floor !! I had to limp back to dealer at 430 on a Friday with no breaks now ! Arrigo stepped up with a car for the weekend through Enterprise which was great but then never heard from my advisor ! Manager no one!! Monday , Tuesday,,Wednesday, still nothing I’m thinking what r they doing to my truck ! So we start seeing some emails of parts being ordered rear break calipers and o rings ! They were never to touch my back breaks ! Now my original bill was 2 k dollars that I paid Arrigo directly d this other stuff at no charge which I was grateful but makes me think tech messed my truck up during initial visit they had all day trying to fix the problem then sent me out ! Again why would Arrigo just pay to put back break pads on and a new caliper and rent me a car for 5 days ! when I came to pick my truck up on final day they still didn’t have rims right and if service manager can’t get that fixed then time to find a new one ! Truck appeal is everything in this market and he thinks my interior rim with rust on it should be my outside rim on my duals ! My Tech and the manager failed me !!! Thanks for asking !! More

I have been taking my Ram Promaster 2500 High Top (converted camper van) to the Fort Pierce location since I acquired my vehicle in 2023. At the beginning of February I took the vehicle in for an oi (converted camper van) to the Fort Pierce location since I acquired my vehicle in 2023. At the beginning of February I took the vehicle in for an oil change and for a transmission fluid and filter change. I then left on a trip and noticed that my DC to DC charger was not charging my house batteries. I had someone take a look at it as I was far away from my home and found that the mechanic at the dealership disconnected it and did not reconnect it. In addition, the oil tank was not closed with the cap. The cap was left in a cavity under the hood. This could lead to engine damage, and even engine failure if left unattended for a long period, as the oil can spray out and contaminate other engine components due to the lack of a seal. I'm very disappointed in the service I received for my vehicle. I'm considering another dealership for servicing my vehicle in the future. More
