Told me everything needs to be replaced, pads, rotors,calipers to the tune of $3,300. First of all , just because my brake pads are getting thin, doesn't mean that rotors and calipers need to be replaced. I have some mechanical background and have worked on many of my vehicles, and don't appreciate a dealership that tries to take advantage of customers, trying to sell service that is not necessary. I will NEVER do business with your dealership. I have tried to convince my 92 yr old grandmother to bring her Chrysler Town & Country to your dealership, and she would rather drive 40 miles South to another dealership, because of past experiences she has had with your dealership. You Service Department has lost any chance of me doing business with you, when I came in for a simple re-call notice. More
