Outstanding Service I brought my 2014 Silverado in for what I thought was "routine service" (Oil Change tire rotation etc.) I also had a recall notice from a transmission I brought my 2014 Silverado in for what I thought was "routine service" (Oil Change tire rotation etc.) I also had a recall notice from a transmission cooler connection. While checking in the service tech. said "your still at 36% oil life. Having just rolling over to 5000.2 miles I thought I was slick wheeling in for a "scheduled" oil change. The service manager told me that I had likely another 1000 miles before the service was needed. With the two year service maintenance program that came with my truck I would be better off waiting until the oil level reached the "20%" level. That would save on my maintenance package. Ok what just happened? A car dealership helped me save money? He then called a tech in to do the recall inspection and got that out of the way and logged in with GM. Seriously I was there 5 minutes. I have been I lifelong GM owner and with service like that I will be one forever. More

RAY MORRISON WAS AMAZING! After a troubling experience with a local dealer I drove to Jackson and was blown away by the level of service I received. I got exactly what I asked for and left with a brand ne with a local dealer I drove to Jackson and was blown away by the level of service I received. I got exactly what I asked for and left with a brand new car that I am thrilled with. I have had credit trouble in the past and I was still treated like a VIP customer with an 850 credit score. I would recommend Ray to anybody. The dealership was clean and all of the employees and salespeople were very polite and courteous. I will not look at another salesperson or dealership again, I hope to be a lifetime customer. More

Justin was my sales rep and was a pleasure to work with. However, once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle my experience went all down hill. I (like many others) prefer to obtain my own financing t However, once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle my experience went all down hill. I (like many others) prefer to obtain my own financing throught my local credit union for many reasons. Justin apparently was "required" to have me discuss my financing with an individual by the name of Scott. Scott said he could match what my CU was offering for the rate. I said thank you, however, I politely declined. Scott was visibly upset and refused to accept my answer. He then proceded to insult my credit union, question the rate and payment they quoted and refused to believe what my CU quoted. I found this to be awkward, uncomfortable and downright rude. I have purchased 4 new cars in my life and have never been made to feel like Scott made me feel. He tried making me feel like I did something wrong!? He was the most unprofessional individual to work with. Rude, pompous and shady. My 6yr old is more mature. Won't ever ever return to Art Moehn again unless he is gone. More

I drove further than other local dealers due to their inventory, and it was well worth it. I found the exact car I wanted. I went in with a price in my head and they beat it.
