Ray met me @ the door and we went to his office.I was a little apprenhensive @ first but quickly at ease, perhaps by Ray's professionalism and knowledge. We discussed the Chevy I had in mind and the testdrive was next. Ray accompanied me and was very good in giving me the general overview of the Malibu.
