Art Moehn Chevrolet

Drove an hour down to Jackson to look at a vehicle. We had to walk in and ASK for a sales person. We went for the test drive and went to go in and discuss price. We asked for an out the door price. They gave us one...about $100 off the Internet price but mind you there was a doc fee on the sheet of $120. We left for lunch to discuss it. We really liked the vehicle so we decided to go back and and ask a few questions. We test drove it again and went through the vehicle and noted a few things that needed to be fixed: scratches and a loose armrest. While we were in our test drive, the sales person took another customer and we had to WAIT for him to send the guy to the loan officer before he could come out. After discussing the issues we went back in and proceeded to the loan officer. We were given no write up for the vehicle to see the agreed price etc. After filling out all of the loan paperwork items, the loan officer mentioned the monthly payment which was $40 PER MONTH higher than the bankrate.com numbers I had run. We checked his numbers and sure enough the sales person had added around $2000 to the STICKERED PRICE on the front of the car. The sales person said it was an OOPS and fixed it to our agreed out the door price ($20 more than the sticker + taxes). Again with no paperwork for us. We went back in to figure the monthly price again...again off. They were suddenly giving us an out the door + license plate fee of $155. The salesman started raising his voice at us when I objected to this OUT THE DOOR + business. My favorite part of this is that the sales person jumped in the truck and ran it up over a curve and parked it at the very front of the dealership on the grass to draw attention to it---as we pulled past to leave the dealership! Made the appt with Mike from Art Moehn Chevrolet and took it in on Wednesday morning, which I could see the board was quite filled up so it would be awhile for my car to get looked at. Mike called me back with the prognois with my truck and told me that everything was covered under my Millenium claim that I had purchased with my vehicle but I wouldn't get my vehicle back until Thursday. When he told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle to tell you the truth I didn't hear none of that because of everything was Covered!!!! I was so excited that my $1500.00 bill was only going to cost me $150.00 total and how professional he and his staff was. I would recommend coming back to Art Moehn to purchase a vehicle with the extra added Warrenty and I would also recommend getting service on my vehicle again with the great service from the Manager Mike Buckland. He was able to get us into cars that we really liked, Honda Accord, Chevy Silverado, colors we liked, options etc...for slightly more than we paid 30 months prior...that is unheard of. Everyone I know who is buying or leasing said it was so expensive and they could not afford a new car, etc etc etc.....Mark and Paul both were very helpful in providing the extra needs for our vehicles as well. We will be repeat customers...and will not even bother going elsewhere when these leases are up! My Aunt was also very, very pleased. She leased a Chevy Equinox! Thank you Mark, Paul and Art Moehn!!!
