I asked the service rep to document my windshield wipers were malfunctioning on a service order when i was having other repairs completed. He did not and therefore i am required to pay another deductable t were malfunctioning on a service order when i was having other repairs completed. He did not and therefore i am required to pay another deductable to have an "undocumented" problem fixed. I realize that it was my word against his but I specifically asked the service person to make a note, and they did not. They did offer to cover half of my deductable. More

This dealer does not care about customer service or serving the Jackson customer. They are more intent on out of town customers and ignore the Jackson consumer. They moved closer to the highway to re serving the Jackson customer. They are more intent on out of town customers and ignore the Jackson consumer. They moved closer to the highway to reach lansing and ann arbor buyers. They do not care about Jackson or support the community. More
