I ordered a Chevrolet Traverse in February 2022. After 4 months we got a call saying our traverse would be deliver within the next couple days, but then they told us they ordered the wrong car. Recently PAID to have my oil changed and the tires rotated. Since that time my car seemed to have a little vibration in the front. I made an appointment to get it checked out, only to receive an e-m rotated. Since that time my car seemed to have a little vibration in the front. I was not even asked if I was waiting or not. It appears that Art Moehn didn't fully balance the tires during the previous rotation. Thankful to Discount Tire who resolved the issue at NO CHARGE and knew what they were doing. Might not be the best idea to be the last appointment of the day at Art Moehn. I have purchased my last three vehicles at Art Moehn, but the things I'm seeing these days, I may have purchased my last vehicle there. I like to do business with local businesses, but it appears they do not. More

This started in June of 2021. I was looking to purchase a new Chevy Suburban. I was searching the Chevy site and noticed Art Moehn was taking delivery of a new unit but it was in I was looking to purchase a new Chevy Suburban. I was searching the Chevy site and noticed Art Moehn was taking delivery of a new unit but it was in shipped status. I left an inquiry on the website asking if the unit was available. Later on during the day a member of the dealership called me and let me know a salesperson would contact me soon. Not long after a salesman named Tyser Mustafa called me to let me know that unit was sold but asked if he could help. I explained that I wanted a diesel suburban and they were hard to find. I also explained that I was hoping to take delivery soon due to the current first responder discount. Tyser explained that I would likely have to order such a unit and he would make sure to guarantee the price as long as I was willing to leave a deposit. I was again hesitant to due this but he stated it was fully refundable if I choose to back out. We agreed to the options and he emailed me the order and price including the discount. Now due to Covid and supply issues the unit took almost nine months to arrive. Tyser always called to let me know when and if we had movement on the order. He reassured me every step of the was they price was guaranteed. When most dealers were asking over MSRP and some charging extra fees Art Moehn did no such thing. When my unit delivered I paid almost 3500.00 under invoice. This is unheard of in todays market. Tyser was always calling and kept me updated. He even offered to have some food on hand because we were driving from out of state to pickup the unit. Even in the finance office Mike was never pushy to add items I said no too. Sometimes buying local does not pay off. None of my local dealers could come close to this price. Well worth the drive and time spent. More
