I purchased my Chevy Equinox here in 2021. This was my first time bringing it here to be serviced for a oil change and to see why the check engine light was on. What a mistake; they put about This was my first time bringing it here to be serviced for a oil change and to see why the check engine light was on. What a mistake; they put about a 14” crack in my windshield that clearly wasn’t there when I brought my vehicle in. The service manager then argued with me saying that it was, “because of the cold.” I then waited while they looked at the security tapes to see what happened. We were then walking back to talk about the crack and while we were walking he was throwing his hands all around and almost hit me in the face. I was simply asking to see the footage that they “supposedly” hadn’t touched my windshield. I am so dissatisfied in how I was treated. I also never got to see the footage because I asked him nicely to please watch his hands by my face. More
