Absolute nightmare If I could give less then 1 star I would. I cannot start to say how horrible of an experience I had with Art Moehns body shop. Not only was the quality of the repairs done to my car terrible but the customer service was the worst I have received from anywhere ever. I was lied to on many occasions and treated extremely poorly. The shop had my car for almost 3 weeks and returned it to me with new scratches and chips in areas that should not have even been touched. The front end noises caused from the accident were not taken care of and the paint still has an orange peel texture to it. After being told by the body shop manager Garrett Joles that "he is sorry, the shop truly did mess the car up badly" I was told " they did the best they could". If you are considering using Art Meohn for any repairs, run far far away. You will be extremely disappointed with the results. Your car will certainly look better before they touch it. More

Outstanding Service I brought my 2014 Silverado in for what I thought was "routine service" (Oil Change tire rotation etc.) I also had a recall notice from a transmission I brought my 2014 Silverado in for what I thought was "routine service" (Oil Change tire rotation etc.) I also had a recall notice from a transmission cooler connection. While checking in the service tech. said "your still at 36% oil life. Having just rolling over to 5000.2 miles I thought I was slick wheeling in for a "scheduled" oil change. The service manager told me that I had likely another 1000 miles before the service was needed. With the two year service maintenance program that came with my truck I would be better off waiting until the oil level reached the "20%" level. That would save on my maintenance package. Ok what just happened? A car dealership helped me save money? He then called a tech in to do the recall inspection and got that out of the way and logged in with GM. Seriously I was there 5 minutes. I have been I lifelong GM owner and with service like that I will be one forever. More
Great to deal with. Adam was polite, confirmed what I wanted done and notified me of when the vehicle was done and what the charge was. All three gentlemen provided excellent service in their area of expertise. They were very helpful and courteous and went "above and beyond" to sell us the right vehicles at a great price. I have been driving my CRV since 2004 and a used CRV before that! The only service that has occasionally been done somewhere else is an oil change. He is polite, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. My visits there have been consistently superb in every way. Thank you for the way you run your dealership - demanding good mechanics and professional help. Thank you personally, Mr. Soper, for all the years you have looked out for me and made sure everything to do with my vehicle was handled first class - much appreciated! More

We are very happy with the personnel in this dealership, also their accommodations are very nice while waiting for service work to be completed.
