My experience with Asheville Ford I purchased a car from Asheville Fordonline before the sale, Iwas assured that the car was in top-notch condition with no defects upon receiving the car. I immediately noticed several issues and problems with it. The convertible top did not operate. One of the seatbelts did not retract and there were cracks in the leather seats. None of those issues were disclosed before the sale. I immediately contacted my salesman Bobby, who in turn contacted his manager, Mark Hans. I spoke to Mr. hands who was very rude and told me that I have already signed the paperwork and it is ‘your car now,deal with it’ and offered no remedy for the undisclosed defects.
