Absolutely terrible experience with this service department. I dropped my vehicle off right at 7:00 a.m. and initially appreciated that they offered a shuttle, which saved me from needing an Uber or department. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. I was given a contact number and told I could call or text anytime for updates. Texting was even encouraged as the preferred method. I received no response to my texts. When I called, I kept getting routed through the automated menu to a secretary, who would transfer me to Michael’s desk, where there was no answer. This happened roughly five times. I eventually had to reach out to my shuttle driver just to get some kind of update. After dropping the vehicle off at 7:00 a.m., I finally found out at 4:29 p.m. that the service request had not even been submitted to the fleet company for approval yet. The lack of communication was bad enough, but finding out at the end of the day that the approval process had not even started was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service department based on this experience. More
