We originally came to Asheville Ford to view suvs that weren't available in my area, due to inventory issues nationwide. Found what we thought was going to be the perfect car and dealership. When we reall weren't available in my area, due to inventory issues nationwide. Found what we thought was going to be the perfect car and dealership. When we really looked at the offer with the price and monthly payment, it was higher than we wanted to pay. I contacted our local bank and they quoted us a lower rate based on the paperwork we had. We went back and the finance manager was able to lower the payment to a more manageable price. Then we got a call asking us to change our original rating to a higher rating with promise of comped accessories. We are still waiting on those comp accessories. More
