They charged my wife for $1300.00 worth o Stay away!!!! They lie, cheat and steal your money. The service dept. Does not do what you pay them for. They charged my wife for $1300.00 worth of repairs and still did not fix the car, we had to take it to Ken Wilson Ford's service dept. And they did exactly what Asheville Ford's service dept. was paid to do and the car is now perfect. The service manager and general manager is also in the scam because after talking to them the refuse to do anything about the issue. To show you how dirty they are go check out the Google reviews and find one from (Jason Early, aka the service manager at Asheville Ford) No telling how many of their other employees they have leaving these Google reviews to try to up their rating.
