Had recently been looking for an Explorer, and wanted the 2020 or newer, due to the changes they've made in the drive train. The salesman, Brian Newman, was very helpful over text, and had everything in line when my wife and I arrived to look at the car. The staff there is very welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable. Brian immediately got us set up for a test drive, when we arrived, and had the paperwork ready quite quickly after we said we'd take it. Charlotte, the finance manager, made us feel like we'd known her for years, was well versed in the options available to complete the deal, and had us on our way in no time. Would definitely recommend that others take a look at their inventory, and highly consider their next purchase of a vehicle be at Asheville Ford. John L More
