Found a truck online that I liked. Even talked to them before going out. After wasting 2-3 hours of my time trying out the truck, waiting, they said truck not for sale. Finally found it. Our salesman, Van, and others, worked hard for us. They had to search to find all we wanted on our "list". When the exact car we wanted was found in another dealers inventory and then sold before it could be picked up, these guys didn't give up and continued to search. This happened twice before finally they grabbed the third one found 400 miles away. Now we are happy owners of a new Ford Expedition equipped with all we need. Friendly and patient was be a good description of all Asheville Ford employees. More

Too much back and forth Salesman Mark McKinney needs to listen better. I turned down "AutoButler" and the very expensive extended warranty SEVERAL times, but each time he re Salesman Mark McKinney needs to listen better. I turned down "AutoButler" and the very expensive extended warranty SEVERAL times, but each time he reran the contract those items were there. Also, he said we could get a rebate OR zero percent financing, and we eventually got both. Then Charlotte, the finance person, tried again to sell the warranty. I was fed up with the back and forth. I understand that the 2 items are additional profit to the dealer and commission to the staff, but I DID NOT WANT THEM!! I did buy the Ranger, but only after haggling for over an hour. It should not be that hard. More
