Wendy emailed me promptly, I called her and let her know what I was looking for and what I had seen on line. Wendy knew the car, and made an appointment for me to come in. Shortly after we hung up I received an email from Weny confirming the appointment. Salesperson Anna greeted me when I arrived. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and business like as we explored the EcoSport. Anna particularly impressed me by asking "will this work for you" as she showed me the features of the car. Josh did the financing. He not only asked me questions about the financial terms I was asking for, he asked me about my driving habits. With the entire picture he was able to provide me with the best financial package I needed for my situation. Last but not least Anna turned me over to Samantha to program the car through my phone. Anna stayed right with me and popped into the back seat as Samantha patiently instructed me on the computer functions of my new vehicle. Each of these staff persons were excellent. It’s just that more staff should be available in these areas or they should provide services on an appointment basis. More
