Let's Make a Deal I saw a truck online, (Asheville Ford website), that peaked my interest. I called and got an appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was greete I saw a truck online, (Asheville Ford website), that peaked my interest. I called and got an appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Paul (salesman). I explained that I had spoke with Wendy. Wendy "came down" and explained that Paul would take good care of me. Turns out she was right. Paul was very courteous and professional. The truck was actually on another dealerships lot, however Paul did a good job showing me similar vehicles and explaining the process of obtaining the truck that I had looked at online. Negotiations hit a snag regarding the value of my trade and "Josh" entered into the discussion. He was straightforward, which was o.k., and Paul served as referee. To shorten the story we compromised and made a deal. I must say Paul made ever effort to ensure my wife and I were comfortable throughout the process and even after the sale was finalized. I also found "Sharla", who processed the paperwork, pleasant and easy to work with. As was "Charity", who pleasantly demonstrated great patience and resolve in getting my old flip-phone to "sync" with the new truck. Charity was friendly and professional as she explained and demonstrated the features of my new truck. I did purchase a set of "mud flaps" and returned the next day to have them put on the truck. An issue arose regarding the charge for installation and I was very appreciative to "Josh" for his intervening and resolving the issue. I suppose I could have submitted a short review by simply saying "good job" all around, but I felt those involved deserved more than that. I am pleased with my truck buying experience. More

Robert Esau was the perfect salesperson; helpful but not pushy, and fully invested in me as the customer. Sharla was quick and efficient with financing; and Charity did an excellent job of explaining the new technology on the new F150 which is an extensive upgrade over both my 2011 F250 and the 2015 F150 I traded on the new truck. Between reasonable vehicle price and the excellent trade-in allowance, I am highly satisfied. More

The 2012 had lower miles and better equipment so I went with Asheville Ford. My salesman was Brent. and he made some suggestions but let me decide which car I wanted. This was on a Saturday, and I left with the 2012 Hybrid Fusion. The dealership was thorough with the paperwork, and I am pleased with the experience. I will return to Asheville Ford when my wife needs to replace her car. Dave Judd.. More

Live and learn. I was advised not to go to Asheville Ford, but I wanted to keep my business local....I won't do that again. They sold me a Ford Explorer and told me I was advised not to go to Asheville Ford, but I wanted to keep my business local....I won't do that again. They sold me a Ford Explorer and told me it had a trailer hitch, got home and found out it does not have a trailer hitch. The manager said they would pay to have one put on, but so far they have not come thru on that promise. They promised me, during negotiations, that someone would show me how to use everything, nope, that has yet to happen. They told me it would be a 72 month loan and then switched it to a 75 month loan. Live and learn. More

Horrible Service Center Took my car in to their service center running great for an airbag recall and ended up having to have my car towed home. I got a call from the service center saying my check engine light was on and was showing codes P0018 and P0022 and they needed to remove valve covers and front cover to check for timing chain problems. This is a car driven daily and well maintained, in the six years I’ve owned it the only problem I’ve had is the car needing a new battery. My check engine light has never been on and WAS NOT ON when I pulled my car into their shop and the way the motor was running almost violently and then almost completely stalling and sputtering I would never have driven my car if I had started it up and it was running like that. They are liars and they did something to my car in their shop and then tried to tell me I drove it in there in the condition it was in. I cannot believe that I took my car to a ford dealership for an air bag recall and had to have it towed home. i understand that the codes it Is showing is something that happens to cars with 100,000 miles or more on them and that’s fine, but my car was not in that condition when I pulled into their shop. They should have taken responsibility for what happened to my car in their care and fixed the problem instead of lying and trying to say I drove it there like that with my check engine light on. So all in all this is the worse ford dealership I’ve ever been to and every single one of them in the service department is a liar. I would never take my car there again to be serviced nor buy anything from them. This place gets 0 stars from me for every subject from customer service, friendliness, to quality of work. More
