Horrible Service Center Took my car in to their service center running great for an airbag recall and ended up having to have my car towed home. I got a call from the service Took my car in to their service center running great for an airbag recall and ended up having to have my car towed home. I got a call from the service center saying my check engine light was on and was showing codes P0018 and P0022 and they needed to remove valve covers and front cover to check for timing chain problems. This is a car driven daily and well maintained, in the six years I’ve owned it the only problem I’ve had is the car needing a new battery. My check engine light has never been on and WAS NOT ON when I pulled my car into their shop and the way the motor was running almost violently and then almost completely stalling and sputtering I would never have driven my car if I had started it up and it was running like that. They are liars and they did something to my car in their shop and then tried to tell me I drove it in there in the condition it was in. I cannot believe that I took my car to a ford dealership for an air bag recall and had to have it towed home. i understand that the codes it Is showing is something that happens to cars with 100,000 miles or more on them and that’s fine, but my car was not in that condition when I pulled into their shop. They should have taken responsibility for what happened to my car in their care and fixed the problem instead of lying and trying to say I drove it there like that with my check engine light on. So all in all this is the worse ford dealership I’ve ever been to and every single one of them in the service department is a liar. I would never take my car there again to be serviced nor buy anything from them. This place gets 0 stars from me for every subject from customer service, friendliness, to quality of work. More
