I told the service department and the management department about these issues and tried to organize a buy back. I tried many many times to speak with the general manager and was blown off for over a year. I was forced to trade the car in for a major loss because I have a new infant that cant ride in a car in which the windows randomly roll down. This major safety issue was not solved in time. It has cost me over 10 grand. I am extremely displeased that my issue was never taken seriously. I've owned nothing but fords my whole life. I've purchased 4 personally at Asheville ford. I've shown 100 percent loyalty and received none in return. More
Rip off Financal people lied about customer service fee. Said by law they HAD to charge and Ford would Bail them. Read the North Carolina statutes. She was quite knowledgeable and insightful in helping me reach a purchase decision that I was comfort My saleswoman at Aheville Ford was Wendy Turner. This dealership has a low pressure atmosphere which is a big thing for me, I do not like the typical high pressure invoronment that most dealerships seem to have. Another great thing about my experience is that Wendy has been completely available to answer any questions or concerns that I have had before, during and after my purchase. All things considered, Asheville Ford gave me the best buying experience that I have ever had. More
