Unacceptable customer service The sales team did everything they could to help with this situation. I purchased a 2017 fusion last year and immediately had issues with it. I told t The sales team did everything they could to help with this situation. I purchased a 2017 fusion last year and immediately had issues with it. I told the service department and the management department about these issues and tried to organize a buy back. I tried many many times to speak with the general manager and was blown off for over a year. I was forced to trade the car in for a major loss because I have a new infant that cant ride in a car in which the windows randomly roll down. This major safety issue was not solved in time. It has cost me over 10 grand. I am extremely displeased that my issue was never taken seriously. I've owned nothing but fords my whole life. I've purchased 4 personally at Asheville ford. I've shown 100 percent loyalty and received none in return. More
Rip off Financal people lied about customer service fee. Said by law they HAD to charge and Ford would Bail them. Read the North Carolina statutes.
