Why can’t dealerships make your life easy? There is nothing worse then entering a car dealership in my opinion. If you own a car you know what I mean. This dealership had a difficult time understanding why I wouldn’t come in. Why? To sit there for 2 hours in a room when they pretend to negotiate a good deal behind the scenes that will make me happy? If you buy or lease don’t let them keep you on the phone, which they will try to do. Once the deal was made, I told them I had 1 hour to finish the paperwork. After sitting with a kind, friendly salesperson I was escorted to the leasing department only to find out that nothing was printed and ready for signature. So, they won again. 2 hours later I left with no time to learn about my car since a client was late for a meeting. Despite the inability to have things ready, the people I dealt with in person were extremely friendly. More

Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff Offering Good Deals We stopped by the dealership on a whim. We have been considering a second car for over six months but not in a hurry to do more than consider. In April we visited other dealerships and those experiences sent us back to the considering stage. When we entered the Asheville Ford dealership showroom we were greeted by Sean Fitzpatrick and he asked if we were there to see anyone in particular or could he help us. That was a good start to our experience. He listened to what we were looking for and although there wasn't a Mustang Convertible on the lot with our specifics, we test drove a Mustang with the Eco-boost system to see if that fit the bill. It did! While we test drove, he pulled up the specifics and found a black Mustang convertible. While we had limited time at that first meeting and our hectic schedule for the rest of the week, we kept in contact with Sean by text and cell phone. Best Car Dealership Experience I had the most wonderful experience working with Asheville Ford Lincoln. I was visiting from out of town when my car broke down the night before I was I had the most wonderful experience working with Asheville Ford Lincoln. I was visiting from out of town when my car broke down the night before I was supposed to leave. I called Ford the next morning at 8am and spoke to a gentleman named “D”, expressing my concern and reiterating that I was in a pinch and could not push back my departure. He was very accommodating and receptive to my worries. “D” called back around 9:30am and said they had already ran diagnostics and estimated to have it fixed my 5pm. Needless to say, by 2pm it was done! I’m told this should have take much longer as they had to replace both my water pump and belt. Because of “D” and the speedy technicians who serviced my car, Sam and Keven, I was able to leave when scheduled and arrive home by the evening. Could not say enough good things about this team! Highly recommend. More
