Best Car Dealership Experience I had the most wonderful experience working with Asheville Ford Lincoln. I was visiting from out of town when my car broke down the night before I was I had the most wonderful experience working with Asheville Ford Lincoln. I was visiting from out of town when my car broke down the night before I was supposed to leave. I called Ford the next morning at 8am and spoke to a gentleman named “D”, expressing my concern and reiterating that I was in a pinch and could not push back my departure. He was very accommodating and receptive to my worries. “D” called back around 9:30am and said they had already ran diagnostics and estimated to have it fixed my 5pm. Needless to say, by 2pm it was done! I’m told this should have take much longer as they had to replace both my water pump and belt. Because of “D” and the speedy technicians who serviced my car, Sam and Keven, I was able to leave when scheduled and arrive home by the evening. Could not say enough good things about this team! Highly recommend. More
