Overall so far the experience has been good. There was no high pressure sales tactics...I knew what I wanted...they looked around for it but did not seem to be able to find the type of vehicle I There was no high pressure sales tactics...I knew what I wanted...they looked around for it but did not seem to be able to find the type of vehicle I wanted, so it had to be ordered....then I waited 3.5 months before it arrived...so glad I did not need the vehicle right away. The sales associate spent a lot of time with me once the car arrived, and explained things to me about the car...I am sure I will need to follow up to learn more...it might make sense to hold classes for new owners like some of the other premium dealers do. I have not experienced anything with the service department yet ..so will hold my judgement on that. More
