I had talked to several dealerships and could not find the model we were looking for. I received a call from Sean F at Asheville Ford. I explained I really wanted the cooled seats and a had a certain monthly payment in mind. He checked his inventory and asked "Have you ever thought about a Lincoln?" He explained that the SUV had every feature I was looking for and he had one on the lot for me to try. I drove over and fell in love. My husband was out of town on business, but the dealer let me take care of all of the paperwork. I drove home with my new vehicle that day. We went back the next day to finish up the paperwork and Sean even came in on his day off to thank us for our business. This has been a complete opposite experience from our previous car purchase.
