My recent two trips to Asheville Ford have certainly changed my opinion! My truck F-150 was due a major service, I wanted the work done right so I brought it to Asheville Ford. The service advisors were very patient and thorough as they explained my options. Liz was very helpful! I found out she was relatively new and it was nice to see how her co-worker were supportive her without minimizing her. The work was done very well, the pricing was surprising reasonable. I was very impressed with the quality and value! Everyone was so pleasant to work with from the phone receptionist to the service advisor, as well as the mechanic who explained what he found. The courtesy van and drivers were a great “value add” as well. It was nice to do business with an organization where people are knowledgeable, friendly and appear to truly enjoy their work.
