He identified details that I liked about my trade-in vehicle and pointed out additional features that I would prefer. Eric suggested replacing my Insight for a Prius because it would improve my MPG and would provide a more spacious interior. Eric, and his team, worked with my budget to provide a payment plan that would work for me. My trade-in amount exceeded the online Blue Book value and the cost of the Prius was sufficient. Please let Eric know how much I appreciated his sales style. He was friendly, easy to communicate with via email/calls, and reliable. I trusted his opinion. In all, the experience was extremely positive. I came away with my first new car. From the initial sales conversations to the signing of the papers, there were no cost surprises.
