Here is my email to the Parts Manager Norman Otto. I have yet to receive a response after two emails to the Parts Manager.
I am so upset with Glenn in your parts department. He is extremely unprofessional. I called him numerous times yesterday(Monday) to order the parts we talked about. The undertray, schroud and such. Glenn finally called me back Tuesday morning to tell me that the undertray went up over $400. We both know that is a line of xxxxxxxx. The customer already gave me a deposit for the parts for the pricing you gave me. I understand prices change, not a problem, but now the customer wants a full refund and does not want to do any further work with us. I called another dealer and found out that Glenn was quoting me retail pricing as my pricing. Is this the way your parts department operates when you are not around. I will never buy parts from your establishment ever again. I am only used to dealing with professionals like yourself. My company has been doing business with the Holman family for over 20 years. I buy alot of parts from the BMW dealer (Lauderdale Imports) and have a great professional relationship with all the guys there.
