Can’t recommend this dealership more. I bought my 21 accord from them with the help of a salesman named Drew. I live 3 hrs away in KY. Since I didn’t want to drive there to look it over i I bought my 21 accord from them with the help of a salesman named Drew. I live 3 hrs away in KY. Since I didn’t want to drive there to look it over in person Drew was super helpful to answer any questions or concerns I had. At one point he even did a FaceTime call with me as he did a walkthrough of the car. Very helpful. They don’t really budge on the price, but to be fair their price to begin with was lower than other accords I had looked at that were similarly equipped and condition. They did work with me on my trade in to get me where I wanted payment wise. When I did pull the trigger to buy it, I was told I could come pick it up or they (Drew) would drive it to me and return to WV with my trade. This was complimentary (within so many miles). I couldn’t believe this level of service. Drew was just as cool and friendly in person as he had been on the phone. He let me drive the car as much as I wanted and look it over real good before signing anything. Once I was pleased, we signed the paperwork on the trunk of my trade in, shook hands, and off Drew went back to WV in my old car. Very smooth transaction. 16 days later I got a call from my local county clerk, got it inspected at my local sheriff dept, back to the clerk and a few minutes later the out of state transfer was done and I had my new plates. Painless and effortless process from start to finish. Thank you Astorg Auto and especially Drew for the ease of all this. More

Brian introduced his top salesman, Luke Sanson, to us to take over because he had a scheduled engagement to attend. Luke did an EXCELLENT job taking care of our purchase of our Range Rover. Luke was very courteous and helpful above and beyond by helping us become acquainted with all the features in this vehicle; he even stayed waaay past his quitting time to make sure we had everything we needed & knew how all the electronics worked. David and I are very happy with the vehicle, the Astor dealership & Luke's helpfulness.Thank you, Luke!! More

Absolutely the worst experience ever after being a 32 year committed customer to this brand. First we were lied too and issue never resolved. They slivered out of their obligation of customer service ver year committed customer to this brand. First we were lied too and issue never resolved. They slivered out of their obligation of customer service versus making money! Volvo XC90 T8 AWD Recharge is the worst performing of this model ever driven. Many, many defects not being addressed by Dealer and or Volvo Support. Car rolls forward and backward after being put in park, radius on Heat/AC is 15 percent (no range), Google not functioning, seats hard to navigate in back, car mats are horrible, do not fit nor stay in place; charging is a joke on this vehicle. The road sign information if incorrect and the gas mileage fluctuates continually. This will end our journey with Volvos forever!!! Visited Volvo of Charleston WV to look at XC60 but didn’t ended up purchasing from them because I got a 8000$ discount in Washington DC and Astro’s volvo refused to match it.
