My sales person Matt was great! I wish the rest of the dealership was as honest. I came in with my offer from ford credit picked out my car then was told I was turned down by ford c I wish the rest of the dealership was as honest. I came in with my offer from ford credit picked out my car then was told I was turned down by ford credit and the best deal they could get for me was with Td auto credit at a higher rate. I know Mike the xxI guy took me to the bank where he could get the highest yield spread. Make the most money for him. I waited a day and realized I had a 9 year relationship with ford credit never late on my payments. I called ford credit was told my loan was never submitted. So I spoke with Matt he said that the boss Tarek was out of town but they would make it right long story short after almost 3weeks they offered to put rewards points on an account I never use I told him to keep it. I’m now meeting with my attorney Monday I have the test that says ford turned me down even though it was never submitted. I’m paying over 4000 more in finance charge I’m sure again I won’t get any where with the management so it’s time for lawyers and media. Thank you for listening More
