I took my vehicle in because of a recall. My vehicle was returned today 9/27/24 the first thing I noticed was that my vehicle didn't even get a curiosity wash. Before taking in my vehicle I had vacuumed it all the way around and my floor mats were clean. The floor mat on the driver side was dirty with dried mud. They didn't even bother to put a paper floor mat. Don't these people know that it's the little things that count. I am looking into getting a new vehicle but dealership will not be getting my business. More
