Price increase-not happy Credit card surcharge-not happy. Not giving discount for not tire rotation when it was done in the past. Service department still great/other facts out of their control. More

Hi Joe. As much as we hate to see it, oil prices and everything around them (refining, additives, shipping, packaging, disposal, even the cost of employing the technicians themselves) have risen substantially in the last few years. I wish we could go backwards in that respect. I am not sure what you mean by discounting tire rotation? Tire rotation is $24.95 separate from oil change, and I do not see where you got one. We do have a free tire rotation if the tires were purchased here and that is for the life of the tire. I appreciate you taking time to leave this review.

Courtney I apologize you were not explained to about the repairs made on your Equinox for the check engine light. There is a GM bulletin out dealing with the code that was present in yours that has us run test to confirm the fuel injection system is ok, and after that is confirmed okay, we have to replace the hydraulic valve lash adjusters that are part of the engines mechanical operation system.
